The protection of your personal data is important to us, and we would therefore like to inform you about the data which is processed when you visit our website, and to whom you can turn in connection with data protection questions.

Visits to our website

In general, no personal data is collected from you when you visit our website. This only happens if you  voluntarily provide us with your data for further processing. However, specific data is evaluated and stored on our web server each time you visit our website (legal basis: Art. 6 Section 1 f GDPR) purely for statistical surveys and to guarantee the security and stability of the system. The data includes the:

  • subpages visited
  • operating system
  • browser type (version)
  • date / time
  • IP address
  • Internet provider
  • referrer URL.

No conclusions are drawn about your person. The data is deleted after evaluation.

We use Google Web fonts ( to display our contents correctly and in a user-friendly way across all browsers. To do this, the required font is loaded into your browser cache when you go to the website. If your browser does not support Google Web fonts or does not allow access, the content will be displayed in a default font. You can find Google's privacy policy here: Furthermore, we use the Google Maps function to make it easier for you to plan your route (legal basis: Art. 6 Section 1 f GDPR).

We use cookies which are text files stored on a computer system via a web browser. By using these cookies we can present our content in the best possible way and optimise your visit to our website (legal basis: Art. 6 Section 1 f GDPR).

You can prevent us from using cookies by making the appropriate settings in your web browser. However, you may then not be able to use all the functions of our website.

Processing when you contact us

If you contact us, e.g. by email or via the contact form, we process your data in order to answer your enquiry and, if necessary, to fulfil a subsequent contract (legal basis: Art. 6 Section 1 b GDPR). Afterwards, your data will be deleted, unless still required for internal reasons, e.g. queries, documentation and legal retention periods organ(legal basis; Art. 6 (1) lit. c, f DSGVO). 

Please note that failure to provide the data necessary for processing (mandatory fields) may result in us not being able to answer your request or only being able to answer your request in part.

TASCO Revision und Beratung GmbH will neither sell nor otherwise market your personal data and only pass it on to third parties if necessary for the fulfilment of the contract.

Technical and organisational measures

The technical and organisational security measures we use serve the purpose of protecting the data that you voluntarily provide us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. TASCO Revision und Beratung GmbH constantly develops and improves security measures in line with technological developments.

Rights of data subjects and Data Protection Officer

You have the following rights which you can assert against the person responsible (Art. 15 ff. DSGVO):

  • Information on the legal basis of the processing
  • Information about the personal data processed
  • Correction of the data
  • Limitation of the processing
  • Deletion of the data
  • Data transferability
  • Opposition to the processing of your data.

You also have the right of appeal to a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for us is: Der Hessische Datenschutzbeauftragter (Hessen Data Commissioner), Wiesbaden.
